Lord, you are so good to provide clothing so that I can be strong in you and draw strength from you and be able to stand against the enemy, the devil, who wants to defeat me.
By faith, I put on the belt of truth around my loins. I wrap myself in your words for the situation I am facing. I put on the breastplate of righteousness to guard my heart. Satan, I remind you that the blood of Jesus provided that righteousness.
I put the gospel of peace on my feet, so I am firm footed, stable and peaceful as I walk through my day. I hold up the shield of faith, which has been soaked in your words related to the life situation I am facing. I declare that this protects me.
I put on the helmet of salvation and take up the sword of the spirit, which is my offensive weapon.
I thank you for this free gift as part of my salvation package. I thank you that I am hidden with Christ in God.
