Autumn Leaves and Barrenness

Often, we feel barren, when we are stripped of the familiar, but God can not fill a place in our lives that is already full.

We may find it difficult to pray for leaders with whom we totally disagree with their conduct, decisions and actions…

“Let us be glad and give him glory! For the marriage of the Lamb has come and His wife has made herself ready.”

While the world may run to and fro being anxious we can walk in peace in these troubled times and look up…

“…then I bid farewell to the way of the world… for my Lord says, ‘Come’.”

Jesus, I thank you that you are the light of the world. There is no darkness in you.
